Overlooking the elegant and historical square in Saturnia, Ristorante Ai Due Cippi da Michele has been the centre of local wine and food excellence since the ’70s. The starting point of our menu is the choice of raw materials of highest quality: we want to offer our guests the authentic flavours of traditional dishes. Our menu uses seasonal products and privileges the excellence of Tuscan territory. The rediscovery of our traditional food also considers some modern revisions, which make ancient “poor” dishes really attractive. Through the renewal of recipes that authentically reflect Maremma and Tuscany cuisine, our guests can taste dishes that are nowadays rare. Meat lovers can also taste our Fiorentina steaks, grilled in the large fireplace where the embers burn throughout the year. Depending on the season, the kitchen proposes fish dishes from our silver coasts or specialties with fresh porcini mushrooms and high quality truffles. A very rich menu that, thanks to an original and unconventional reinterpretation, is able to satisfy both the lovers of the original flavours and the most demanding gourmets.
